Polluce is a brand new apartment in Alba's historic center, located inside Serendipity, a building dating back to the 1800s. Reclaimed old walls, roof with exposed wood beams, bleached oak floors, designer furniture and lighting, all in a design for the highest living comfort.
The apartment is arranged on 2 floors.
On the entrance floor you will find a dining area with 2 large windows, Here you will find an oval table complete with 6 chairs suitable for 6 people to eat.
This room can be transformed into a perfect bedroom simply by sliding the table under the iron ladder and opening the foldaway double bed recessed in the wall (n.b. the foldaway bed has a slowed safety mechanism that allows it to go down and up again very easily) furthermore, although it is a foldaway bed, it maintains the same characteristics as the other beds in the 2 rooms, this is to offer all the occupants of the apartment the same quality of sleeping
In front of the bed you will find a white volume protruding from the old stone and brick wall where inside you will discover the closet for storing your clothes and the 42" TV set.
The bathroom complete with shower is located exactly behind the wall of the bed, thus directly accessible from the room
Passing through the painted glass sliding door, you will find the kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, induction cooktop and hood with external exhaust, the ceramic countertop has an integrated sink and the mixer tap has a pull-out hand shower. The kitchen also has a convenient wooden snack top with 2 stools
Also on the same floor, you will find the bedroom complete with a small walk-in closet; the bathroom, accessible directly from the room through 2 iron-colored painted glass sliding doors, provides a large shower and separate toilets; in front of the bed is the 42" smart TV
The double bed of minimalist design seems to be suspended and has a hidden light source at the bottom that gives the room a very atmospheric lighting.
Going up the iron staircase, you will find yourself on the loft, also made of anthracite painted iron, where, a small sofa that will allow you to relax. at the end of the day. On the wall a long shelf with steel tie rods completes the furniture of this relaxation area
From the loft, going up 2 steps and through the door that separates it, you enter the second bedroom, also equipped with a bathroom with shower, accessible directly from the room. You can store your clothes on original iron fixtures hanging from the wooden ceiling and in the chests of drawers placed on the side of the bed.
The bedroom and bathroom, being carved out of the attic, have exposed wooden beams, between which are 2 large vasistas windows from which you can admire the old roofs and medieval towers of the historic city center
The chocolate-colored faux leather tatami double bed occupies the lower part of the room, while, in front of it, the old stone and brick wall provides a backdrop for the 42" smart TV. The ceiling of this room is a bit low but certainly offset by the ambiance created by the very original furnishings and lighting.
